'Tell me about yourself and your family'

l am a 34 year old happily married mum to 3. l have been married for 11 years. l have a 4 year old boy and two girls, 6 and 10.l am primarily and most importantly a SAHM, but my paid work is as a model and tv actress.

'Where do you get your fashion knowledge from'

From years of working on set and with stylists in fashion shoots, you are always around stylish people and get a chance to see what clothes are coming in to fashion, and how to wear them.The tv and fashion industry is so full of stylish people!

'Why do you share your knowledge for free'

l love that l can offer a bit of advice to people who otherwise wouldnt know who to turn to, or would have to spend ridiculous amounts of money for a bit of advice. l think a lot of people think you have to spend huge amounts of money on clothes, skincare and make up to look good, and its just not true. l also love the anonymity of a site like SS. A lot of these women would feel too intimidated or embaressed to come up to me on the street and straight out ask for advice, but every ones guard is let down when they are talking to a computer!

'Why should women try to look their best'

l think that if you look good, you feel good. lf you look as though you take care of and respect yourself, others will too. Many years ago l volunteered for a program for women with breast cancer called 'Look Good Feel Better' and the difference is these women when they'd had someone do their hair and make up,and spent a bit of time on them, it really gave them a lift during such a hard time. l think if you like what you see in the mirror, it can give you a real lift. Some of the most beautiful women in the world are not 'traditionally' beautiful, but they are confident, smile, and take care of themselves...and that makes them look great. lt doesnt matter even if you are going to stay at home all day, do it for yourself, not for any one else.

"What inspires you?'

Wow, so much inspires me l wouldnt even know where to start...people who triumph through adversity, amazing families who foster children, even thought they are doing it tough, people in the medical field who are devoting their lives to finding cures to cancer...the list just goes on and on. The human spirit is just incredible and l think amazing people are inspirational.

'lf you could teach every woman in the world just one thing'

That motherhood is the single most important job in the world because if every mum raised a child that was to grow up truly loved and nurtured, confident and gentle, and free from any form of abuse or self doubt , imagine what a world it would be when all those children grew up. Oh, and to love yourself too because l dont think you can truly love and look after others if you dont love and look after yourself first.
